
Refund and Returns Policy
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully and read all product details and sizing advice before purchasing to ensure you have selected the right product. We offer exchanges. We do not offer returns, exchanges and refunds on socks, swimwear or underwear. VINCENT LI only offers an exchange in the event of incorrect sizing and can only exchange the purchased item for another size in the same style. We do not offer refunds unless in the event of faulty goods.

Return your item to VINCENT LI via registered post only, completed with a tracking number. Once you have posted your item, please forward your tracking number to studio@vincentli.com.au. You will be responsible for all packaging and handling costs of returns and exchanges. We do not accept liability for goods in transit.
All exchanges must be received within 7 days of the original product delivery. Items received outside these timeframes may only be accepted at our discretion.
CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer exchanges on change of mind, so please choose carefully.
ALL EXCHANGES
When facilitating an exchange, we do not refund the shipping costs. We only exchange to the value of the goods returned within the same designer collection. You will be charged postage to resend your new item following an exchange.
FAULTY GOODS
Exchanges for faulty items are subject to VINCENT LI criteria for faulty goods. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or incur a fault due to manufacturing. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will arrange an alternate exchange method for use with the same designer only.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at vincent@vincentli.com.au.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products appearing on VINCENT LI website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all product garment tags and packaging still attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled, altered or no longer with a product tag attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Delicate items and light coloured garments should be tried on with care so not to damage or stain.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.
SALE ITEMS
All sale item purchases are final, but we do still offer returns, exchanges or refunds on the discounted products, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotional campaigns.
Sale items can be returned for an exchange or refund.
